Summary

Adds a PR & Communications Manager (marketing/marketing-pr-communications-manager.md) to the Marketing Division — a strategic public relations and corporate communications specialist covering media relations, press releases, crisis communications, executive thought leadership, internal communications, analyst relations, and awards programs.

The Agency has 35 marketing agents but zero coverage of earned media and reputation management — one of the most universally needed communications functions across every type of organization. This fills that gap.

Key capabilities:

  • Press release framework with headline principles, structure, and common mistakes to avoid
  • Media pitch framework: subject line strategy, personalization rules, follow-up discipline
  • Full crisis communications protocol: 30-minute holding statement, severity levels, response cadence, and what never to do
  • Executive thought leadership system: platform definition, content pillars, media training, speaking circuit
  • Internal communications hierarchy — employees always hear major news before external audiences
  • Awards program framework: identification criteria, submission structure, win rate optimization
  • Measurement framework: share of voice, sentiment ratio, pitch acceptance rate, crisis response time

Why this fills a gap: Every organization with a public presence needs PR and communications strategy. Despite a massive Marketing Division, the Agency had no earned media, reputation management, or crisis communications coverage whatsoever.

Test plan
