Similar to PR #38193, this PR fixes broken hyperlinks pointing to /examples caused by PR #38398. The changes are:

@emmanuel-ferdman The link fixes are in the translation files (pt and zh). I'm not sure if we want to keep maintaining them.

@ZeeshanTamboli @emmanuel-ferdman We are no longer maintaining the Portuguese or Chinese translations, and they are not being served on the docs anymore. We have kept the translation infrastructure as well as the existing .md files (in case we're able to return to the translations in the future), but we will not be accepting any new PRs related to these docs at this time. I've opened #39190 to add a note explaining all of this in the Contribution Guide.

All that said, thanks for your interest in contributing to the docs @emmanuel-ferdman ! If you want some ideas for other ways you could improve the docs, feel free to email me—sam at mui dot com—and I'll be happy to help find some projects for you! 🤝😁
