Focused first stable MQT Core v4 release. Includes the release-critical compiler-target and classical-control work, the QCO DD classical interpreter, and the quantum multiplexer benchmark. Uses a released QDMI 1.3.x version; QDMI 1.4 and replaceable drivers are out of scope.
Compiler-only #2131 and #2219 → #2162 target this release after contract review and CI, without QDMI 1.4. Development remains on main. Shared Slurm centralization and provider migration target Core 4.1/MQSF, not this release.
