All text elements now have a music symbol size (pts) or scale (%) available. Both of these can be configured for all text styles via the style dialog.
If a text object in the score is a dynamic, string tunings, playing technique, harp pedal diagram (not text diagram), ottava line, tuplet or pedal line then scale will be used.
For all other types of text, size will be used.
Text styles are completely abstract in terms of sizing/scaling. If you configure the "Harp pedal diagram" text style to have a symbol scale of 200% and symbol size of 5pt, when applied to a harp pedal diagram the scale will be used for symbols. If you apply the same text style to a piece of staff text, the size will be used for symbols.
