Release list
v1.0.1
This release addresses NaN (Not-a-Number) issues that occurred during image processing in CryoSPARC, enhancing its stability and reliability. Some users reported NaN errors disrupting image processing, preventing accurate results and affecting work efficiency. Our technical team identified data calculation overflow in the algorithm as the root cause. We’ve optimized the algorithm to avoid overflow and added data validation and exception handling at key calculation steps. When anomalies are detected, the system adjusts calculation processes automatically. As a result, image processing won't be interrupted by NaN errors, and the accuracy of results is ensured. Please update to the latest version for an improved experience. Contact our support team if you encounter any issues.
v1.0.0
CryoPROS is a computational framework specifically designed to tackle misalignment errors caused by preferred orientation issues in single-particle cryo-EM. It addresses these challenges by co-refining synthesized and experimental data. By utilizing a self-supervised deep generative model, CryoPROS synthesizes auxiliary particles that effectively eliminate these misalignment errors through a co-refinement process.
