Change test expectation from 500 to 403 when Squid proxy blocks access to the control microservice from inside the worker. This matches the actual behavior where Squid returns 403 Forbidden for requests to unsafe ports. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <[email protected]>
