This PR adds the ability to use custom Handlebars helpers in the DocumentGenerator node.

✨ Features Added

Custom helpers from field input: Write JavaScript directly in the node
Custom helpers from URL: Load helpers from external JavaScript files
Documentation: Updated README with examples

🧪 Testing

Successfully builds without errors
Passes all linting checks
