This PR extracts the test data used in the Zemu tests out of the TypeScript file using it and into a stand-alone JSON file. This has been done in order to enable the Namada CI to replace the test data in this repository with whatever data it has generated. Some minor changes had to be made to the format of the test data in order to make it valid JSON.
