Omnigraph: Refactor Canonical ID Usage

this is called a 'Storage Id' (or 'Any Id') in the protocol now, but it functions similarly — we should continue to use it to uniquely identify a name across its lifecycle in which the token id can change. make sure we're indexing tokenId and eacVersionId

Make sure that the semantic permission resolvers (Domain.permissions) correctly uses the eacVersionId in order to derive which permissions are currently applicable to the domain.
