Problem
The GitHub Actions workflow was failing because the Laravel 12.x application uses Vite for frontend asset compilation, but the workflow wasn't building these assets before running tests. This caused test failures with the error:
When tests tried to render views that reference Vite-compiled assets, they would fail because the manifest and compiled assets didn't exist.
Solution
This PR updates the workflow to properly build frontend assets before running tests:
