Example registration framework and code for performing registration using the
kernel bundle framework and higher order LDDMM kernels.

Installation:
Confer the INSTALL file.

Documentation:
Run 'make doc' and point your browser to the file 'docs/index.html'.

Structure:
LDDMM code in the directory 'lddmm'.
Framework code in the directory 'registration'.
Examples and tests in the directory 'tests'.
Utility functions in the directory 'utils'.

Running:
After installation (see INSTALL file), start MATLAB from the repository root
directory. MATLAB should automatically run 'startup.m' and add the necessary
paths. Then try out the example scripts in the 'tests' directory, e.g. run
>> pointLDDMM
