- Renamed Transfer Client -> Transfer SDK.
- Removed dependencies to Web3 library.
- Transfer Client Guideline is transformed into reference to Transfer SDK.
- Reference to Transfer SDK is moved from Integration section into Transfering Tokens.
- Fixed dead link: https://docs.solana.com/storage_rent_economics -> https://solana.com/docs/core/fees#rent
- Added Solana Signer SDK Documentation
