Bumps version metadata to
0.27.0-beta.1and updates release notes inRELEASE_NOTES.md.This beta ships the ONNX Memory feature (#1749): local on-device embeddings, kNN curation nomination, hybrid vector + lexical recall, and a cross-encoder relevance gate. Also includes a small release-notes parsing fix (#2067).
