Caution

To facilitate the process of providing feedback to the project proposals, we have changed the location for discussing proposals!

Instead of adding them to this Wiki, please add them to the main repository instead, with the usual code contribution workflow (i.e., opening a pull request).

You can find full details on how to do this in the README.

Note that the proposals added to the Wiki before the 13th March will still be considered.
