this close #121 Updated the ADR template to improve clarity and structure, including examples and detailed sections for better decision documentation. Added new ADRs documenting key decisions on technologies and platforms, such as Stripe, TinaCMS, Astro, Cloudflare, and LitElement, providing context, analysis, and future considerations for each choice.
