this fix #36 Replaced the root path redirect configuration in astro.config.mjs with a server-side redirect in index.astro. This improves maintainability by centralizing routing logic in the page structure. The change ensures consistent behavior for the root path.
this part of #36 Updated Prettier configuration to include support for Astro files using the prettier-plugin-astro. Adjusted ESLint settings to exclude index.astro files and removed unnecessary rules for TypeScript definitions. Updated dependencies accordingly in package.json and package-lock.json.
