Adopt Playwright E2E test and implement ariaSnapshot test.

Playwright has announced https://playwright.dev/docs/aria-snapshots on 1.49

I should adopt it and try for the resume component.

I find that would be useful for having E2E test when i developing my Profolio and Aria Test was less effort.

Potentially i can write three tests for the tests.

I. When success, i use my CV as test data and comparing the snapshot.
2. When error or loading, it only contain few compoents , i can work by assert the components exits.
