Adds Swift Package Manager support

ngageoint/simple-features-ios#7

  • Updates SimpleFeatures (sf-ios to 5.0.0) - breaking code change
  • Updates header imports to use module style imports with angular brackets
  • Removes Cocoapods support since it is deprecated.
  • Updated GitHub workflow to use SPM.
