not for merging

this spike implements logging into idam directly in global-nav.

an extra "mode" parameter has been added to the "auth" parameter object.

when auth.provider is set to "idam" and mode is set to "popup", then global-nav will support logging into idam via a popup.

when mode is set to "inline" then global-nav will output username and password input boxes and support signing in directly

when mode is set to "links" or unset, then the previous method - i.e. full page redirect will be used.

todo:
currently it's using a couple of different auth0 libraries, loaded into the project via npm.
This needs to be changed to just use a single library, and reference the CDN version, rather than including it in the package. this is since it adds an unnecessary overhead to global nav if the idam mode options haven't been set.

so note: not for merging (yet)
