- Upgraded Kasm workspaces installer to install version 1.16
- Increased delay time for image spinup to 5 minutes (this method will be changed in a future update to something more accurate per image)
- Made progress bar for the 5 minute sleep (this will be incorporated into the overall program as well as each individual option in the menu in the future)

t3.mediumtoc5.xlargefor all EC2 instances - Developer Change - stopped tracking changes to the inventory file (may not work on some devices) as the inventory file is replaced every time for a new installation
