WooCommerce Compatibility and Arabic Translation

Hello NodeCode,
This very small contribution to your great plugin "WP Minify Fix" :

• Arabic Translation.
• URl starting with '//' : As WooCommerce use the prefix "//" to his scripts to avoid specifying whatever is HTTP or HTTPS, WP Minify Fix ignore them because he thought they are an external files, and this because $site_url not replaced with null in the line 530. obviously "http://site.url != //site.url".
