Heads up of Node.js security releases 5th July 2022

As per the security release process this is a heads up that there will be security releases 05 July 2022 and we'll need people from build to lock/unlock ci and to support and build issues we see.

Yep, sorry I missed one of the groups (collaborators) when restoring the permissions (https://github.com/nodejs/build/blob/main/doc/jenkins-guide.md#before-the-release). Should be fixed now.
