Is 1.6 is a stable version iojs ?

The current version – 1.6.3 – should be considered being our most stable release yet. Until we branch for the next major release (which will be 2.x), downloading the latest available release is probably your best bet.

The early unstable messaging was not very well thought out. We removed that messaging around 1.1.x, as we realized it was actually quite stable.

@iojs/evangelism maybe some action could be done to blog about this? Or do we want to delay for 2.0.0?
