I'd like to nominate @digitalinfinity as a Collaborator. We certainly could use more Windows expertise, I think. They have just six commits and only one this year. But in the spirit of "it's not all about commit count":
- They are very active in the issue tracker.
- They have been active in Chakracore.
- They have been active in the N-API group.
