Am just trying to hit an API that simply adding or updating document with the help of mongoose in MongoDB, it is working fine in the old machine ( Lenovo core i5, 5th generation ) but not in the latest one (HP core i7, 11th generation ).

I think this was addressed in libuv by libuv/libuv#2866 included in libuv 1.38.1 (#34187) -- Node.js 12.18.0 contains libuv 1.37.0. Please try a later version of Node.js, e.g. 12.22.4 or 14 or 16.
