ToC less readable on wide screen (redesign)

In the redesigned Deprecated APIs the Table of Contents is less readable on a wide screen display.

This is a regression in readability compared to https://nodejs.org/docs/latest/api/deprecations.html which uses the available width at all times.

It looks like there was a design decision to limit the display width of the ToC when the window is wide. As far as the monitor display is concerned, there is plenty of space available. I've marked this up to indicate unused space between the wrapped text and the scroll bar on the right.

I suggest to reconsider if it needs to be this way, or if it could be improved.

Oh, I may have read through the issue too quickly 😅. I assumed that the sidebar was too narrow, not that the content itself is wrapping within it. Thank you! That's something we can fix!

I'm guessing this is a styling issue in ui-components, cc @nodejs/nodejs-website
