Summary

add a dedicated Docker workflow that builds Dockerfile.e2e and publishes ghcr.io/nodetool-ai/nodetool-e2e on every push to main or manual dispatch
mention the automated publishing pipeline in the Docker testing guide so the team knows GHCR is updated automatically
