Better way of displaying events

Fixes #318

This PR makes the event board less messy and also makes it more understandable.
Now events are filtered depending on where we are:

Main Page

• Only newswhorty badge events (like TopN in a division, podcast, yungest etc)
  • If there is no valuable badge in the group, the group won't be displayed. If there is a least one, only the the valueable is displayed, the rest is hidden with (+N more), which is clickable and navigates to the athlete's page
  
• Rank changes in top10 (same as before)
• Donation, Milestone, CustomEvents (same as before)

"View All" page

• Everything from main page
• Domain badge events

Athlete's page

• Everything that is athlete related without filtering (new ranks, lost ranks, new badges, lost badges, podcast, etc)
• The list is now displayed from the athlete's perspective.
• Links are now clickable and won't break the embedded frame.
