add `upgrade-interactive --latest` command

Please consider adding the command npm upgrade-interactive --latest similar to yarn.

I think the benefits of having such command are self-explanatory (if you already used it), but overall, it helps developers to quickly keep packages up-to-date easily while testing new functionality on major versions and rolling back if needed.

I agree. It'll be very good to not rely on non-oficial or unmantained ways, like npm-check (https://www.npmjs.com/package/npm-check).

This is, for me, the only reason i still use yarn.
