This should clear two of the deprecation warnings we get installing
deps.
The breaking changes for this module were changing the default selector
engine, then reverting it (so a net zero change from the perspective of
this PR), and engines updates. jsdom now only works with a minimum of
node v18. This repo's engines is already compatible with that change.
