List of confirmed seats in `/ticket` page does not include non-selectable seats

Currently, it seems that the list of confirmed seats displayed in `/ticket` page (for those who have selected their seats) filter out seats that are not selectable. We do not want this since it is possible that some of these seats are indeed not selectable (if we ourselves input the seats manually).
