programs.sqlfluff module has been moved to programs.sqlfluff-format.
- Disbale progress bar. - Use all cpu cores: single process by default.

This PR introduces support for
sqlfluff lintsub-command inprograms.sqlfluff-lintmodule.Previous
programs.sqlfluffmodule has been renamed toprograms.sqlfluff-formatmodule.In addition, I've appended command-line options
--disable-progress-bar --processes 0to both modules' commands for slight performance improvement.
