• use immutable /usr/bin/env as the launchd program
• retain the exact configured AI Optimizer executable as a separate argument
• preserve explicit opt-in: fresh installs still create no job
• bump the release to v0.1.4

Evidence

The prior direct-program plist became unloaded during two Homebrew upgrades. An otherwise identical plist using [/usr/bin/env, /opt/homebrew/bin/ai-optimizer, run-maintenance] remained loaded through brew reinstall.
