Add .hermes/INSTALL.md with instructions for installing Superpowers skills in Hermes Agent (https://github.com/NousResearch/hermes-agent). Hermes uses the same SKILL.md format natively — no adapter or conversion needed. Skills are symlinked or copied into ~/.hermes/skills/ and discovered automatically. Supports symlink install (auto-updates) and standalone copy.

Does it have a way to autoload the using-superpowers skill at startup? That bootstrap is required for a first-class port. |
