This PR reworks backup handling with Gists.

On startup, instead of making a new backup, it performs a check to see if the local version is older or newer than the Gist version.

If the local version is newer, it creates a backup.
If the local version is older, it restores the backup from the Gist.

Backup settings are now also not synced.
I also tried my best to clean up the code.
