Recover the exact Harbor job directory recorded by callable eval Finelogs before falling back to lifecycle-only counts. Resumed evals now retain prior trials, total count, mean reward, and typed errors from Harbor's cumulative aggregate.

Read cumulative Harbor aggregates for callable evals that resume an older results directory. The watcher recovers the exact Harbor job name and S3 or GCS directory recorded in Finelog, preserving prior trials, totals, means, and typed errors. Lifecycle events remain the fallback when no directory is recorded.
