These packages are needed to support Python projects commonly packaged in openRuyi. They provide practical runtime or build-time dependencies such as structured logging, multipart form handling, CPU detection, fast base64 support, trie utilities, and CTC decoding for speech-related workloads. Adding them improves package compatibility and reduces downstream patching.
python-multipart needs python-pytest-timeout (#62)
