Summary

This adds an example of building Codex Code Review inside of Gitlab. I've tested it and confirmed that it works inside of Gitlab CI.

Motivation

We have many customers that wish to build code review themselves, expanding to other platforms provides more access.

added one comment - should make it more explicit on where to put the .yml for Gitlab
