Openalea.Rose is a package for building virtual 3D rosebush trees. It is intended to study the relationship between structure and function.

Content

The Openalea.Rose package contains tools for building virtual populations of rosebush from individual MTG files :

• DigitReconstruction: a tool for building the population into a 3dscene,
• DigitReconstructionWthTurtle : a tool for building the population into a global MTG object.

Installation

Requirements

• openalea.plantgl
• openalea.mtg

Installation

python setup.py install

Usage

Notebooks allow to reproduce the 3D reconstruction of rosebush inside growth chambers.
