Adds Kalibr to the openclaw/skills registry.

Kalibr hooks into your OpenClaw agent's runtime, reads real-time telemetry, and routes to the optimal model + tool + parameter combination based on your agent's telemetry. Your agent will now navigate around failures, degradations, and cost spikes autonomously.

Added documentation for Kalibr, an autonomous execution path routing tool for OpenClaw agents, including installation instructions and usage modes.
Updated API key retrieval instructions for clarity.
