RedLine — Live Rate-Limit Awareness for Claude.ai & OpenAI
Two CLI scripts that check real-time usage against Claude Max/Pro and OpenAI Plus/Pro plan limits, with a 4-tier pacing strategy (GREEN/YELLOW/ORANGE/RED) for autonomous agents.
