This patch update the log implementation to use the c bindings in opendata/log/c. Using the FFM API, we no longer need the JNI bindings. This API gives us cleaner access to native memory which enables some more efficient access options. For example, the updated library provides a raw scan api which provides a reader access to the native memory.
