libwebsockets: fails to build with gcc-13

Please track upstream's fixes for this as well, looks like warmcat/libwebsockets#2824 is the path they're taking.

similar issue fixed like this.
But surely libwebsockets comes up with a new release with proposed fix soon..

@karlp warm cat/libwebsockets#2824 is not sufficient. I tried it. It works on openssl variant, but fails on mbedtls variant.
I will create a second patch, and will notify to warmcat/libwebsockets#2824 to merge it to PR as well, maybe it then will be merged.
