OPL Final Release

This release is for the final project in OPL. Changes may be made to the jonathanWydola/GraphRViewer in the future. To run, download all files to one folder, and then simply run the GraphRViewer.rkt file inside of Dr.Racket or any racket interpreter and you should be good to go

Milestone 2

Since milestone 2 was never completed, for reasons known.
It is essentially then demo'd version from the OPL15 project demo's. To run simply add all files to one directory and run GraphRViewer.rkt
