Basically Luther can now be appointed chancellor in a bourgeois/right wing government if it's after 1932 and the LVP is stronger than Zentrum. Additionally, Luther can be appointed in a social liberal coalition if the LVP is strong enough. Really REALLY hoping there are no bugs (but knowing me, there probably are).

Really REALLY hoping there are no bugs (but knowing me, there probably are).

Luther shouldn't be able to become chancellor if he is president, as I doubt Zentrum or the SPD would agree to a chancellor-president of a Liberal party, instead it could be Erich Koch-Weser, or someone like that.
