The nullable types in
sqlxxare partially inconsistent and cause upstream bugs. That is specifically true forsqlxx.NullJSONRawMessagebecause it is not idempotent. The new package unifies and fixes the flaws of some of those types. The nullable generic struct can be used with any type that implementsdriver.Valuerandsql.Scan.
