After uninstall+reinstall, old permission entries can remain visible in System Settings in a broken/greyed-out state, preventing users from re-granting permissions. Reset each service individually before the catch-all reset to ensure entries are fully removed from the UI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <[email protected]>
The delete script was nuking the entire Application Support directory, including the persistent user_id file. Now deletes everything except user_id so the user's identity survives reinstalls. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <[email protected]>
