… batch Tracking log catch-up for the four sync PRs that landed today: - #5 memory_guard_tier PR-1 backend (settings/enforcer/pool/server/cli swap) - #6 memory_guard_tier PR-3 admin UI (slider -> dropdown, fixes PR-1 admin POST) - #7 5 follow-ups (acd0533 / 4cfbc8b / 3ef7b94 / b129a19 / 64bd2a2): Metal wired-limit clamp + watermark-tier shrink + tier-aware active reclaim + `custom` tier. - #8 10 independent fixes: boundary-store race (jundot#1423 eliminates the test_cleanup_all_drains_queue flake), per-engine MLX streams (jundot#1304), VLM lazy state + MTPModule skip, dead TieredCacheManager removed, profiles three-scope refactor (jundot#1399). Final baseline shifts to 4567 pass / 3 known env-override fails / 36 skip.
