Keeps one durable trace per execution and moves canonical LLM usage and tool spans into harness-server's normalized protocol boundary. Removes native Codex OTLP configuration, the loopback rewrite proxy, and api-rs stdout reconstruction; harness spans now export directly through the standard OpenTelemetry batch exporter with Laminar session and execution associations.
