Fix camera and floorplan navigation sync

Summary

• keep WASD camera pan on camera-controls truck/forward paths so it composes with active mouse rotation
• rotate 2D-originated camera sync to the nearest equivalent azimuth for shortest north alignment
• reconcile clamped 3D zoom/distance back into 2D floorplan sync and let 3D-originated sync apply exact view widths
